The paid service is prepaid confirmed-meeting credits for hiring companies. Applications are accepted through your organization account in the app, and the price, the conditions under which charges apply, and the conditions of cancellation are stated in advance on the public pricing table and the purchase screen.

Payment method and timing: Payment is made in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments are charged at the time of application. For bank transfer, please pay into the dedicated account stated on the invoice issued at the time of application. There is no billing for each individual transaction and there are no automatic additional charges.
Timing of service provision: Confirmed-meeting credits become available immediately after payment is completed (for bank transfer, after the payment is confirmed). Credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used for any job posting in your organization.
Cancellation and termination: Because credits are prepaid, purchases cannot be cancelled and unused credits are not refunded. There are no recurring contracts such as monthly or annual plans, so no termination procedure is required. If you turn on auto top-up, you can turn it off at any time from the billing screen in the app.
